1974. Decree regulating the various forms of association with society
cooperative for base:
The decree sets out the procedures for establishing cooperatives, unions of
cooperatives and joint ventures for cooperative development. It provides for aid and
state protection for these companies and reserves the use of the term for them
"cooperative" and similar expressions
