If you book a service while expecting a service that we clearly states we DO NOT OFFER it is your
sole responsibility and NO REFUND neither Discount will be offered.
Services that we do not offer:
We will not offer winning lottery. We will not guarantee you to become rich or wealthy.

Online store

DaretobeX.com offers the service of an online store.  Most of the products offered in the store
section are offered to the USA and Canadian market mainly. 

Any prices displayed on a product page are solely the product price. Additional fees may be added at the checkout
such as the shipping fees or additional fees specific to the customization on the product or any other administrative fees and others. In such case the fees will be added at the checkout page.

By booking a session, you confirm that:

Booking & Payment

• All appointments must be booked through DaretobeX.com and/or our Scheduling calendar or by phone.
• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
• Accepted payment methods are listed on the booking page.

• DaretobeX reserve the right to modify, cancel temporary or permanently the selection of the methods of payments

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 

Refund Policy

• Please note that due to the nature of these services, refunds cannot be issued once a session has been completed. Spiritual guidance is an energetic exchange and a one-of-a-kind experience that cannot be “returned” once received. Thank you for understanding.

Confidentiality

• Your privacy is important to us. All sessions are conducted in confidence.
• DaretobeX.com may from time to time share your information with the service providers ( medium, psychic, readers etc.. ) and employees or contractual team and only when required by the law.
  We will not share your information with any third party without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

Use of Testimonials

• DaretobeX.com may use written or verbal or video feedback/testimonials for promotional purposes, such as on our website, social media, or marketing materials.
• Any identifying information will be kept private unless you explicitly consent to having your name or likeness included.
• Future withdrawal of consent does not guarantee that we are able neither responsible to remove the testimonial when it is used on physical marketing materials or other platforms then DaretobeX.com 's website. 
  
  

Right to Refuse Service

DaretobeX.com reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, disrespect, or misuse of the service.

Agreement

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

DaretobeX.com explicitly state that these services are for personal guidance, insight, and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. 
We even suggest customers to seek guidance and counseling to professional in their respective field EVEN if you are using our spiritual services.

• Non-Medical Disclaimer: Spiritual guidance is not a substitute for professional healthcare or therapy; clients are advised to seek qualified medical or psychological professionals for health-related issues. 
  
  

• Services are not regulated medical practices and should not delay or replace treatment from licensed healthcare professionals. 

• Age Restrictions: DaretobeX.com require users to be at least 18 years old or 21 years old ( the oldest maturity age in your city applies. ) to book sessions or purchase services.  Adult may book for their children and will have to be present
  mandatorily at the begining of the session to confirm there approval.

• Liability Waivers:
  DarerobeX.com disclaim all warranties and limit liability for any damages, emphasizing that clients assume sole responsibility for decisions made based on the insights received.

    Cancellation Policies:
    All services are Non-refundable from the moment your payment is made.
    You are allowed to cancel in order to reschedule with 72 hours notice without fees for the first time transaction only.
    Cancellation incur a fee of  40$ if made with a 48 hours notice.
    
    Less then 48 hours notice up to a maximum of 50% of the service is charged to the coustomer.
    The exact amount is totally at the sole discretion of DaretobeX.com
    
    No shows and Lateness
    If you arrive late to your session, please know that your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time. We’ll hold space for up to 10 minutes after the start time, but after that, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.  
    
    Please Note that No-shows will be charged the full session fee and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
    Please understand that this time has been set aside specifically for you and is therefore unavailable to others. Your consideration is deeply appreciated.

     

• Subjectivity Acknowledgement: Clients must acknowledge that spiritual services are interpretive and subjective, with no guarantees regarding accuracy or specific outcomes. 

• No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes of any sort in the life of the customer or his family, such as healing illnesses, predicting the future, or any potential financial gain, getting a contract, getting hired, getting maried, 
  and others. We do not promote any kind of Guaranteed results for our spiritual services either free or paid, our learning section our learning services either free or paid, our online shop products either free or paid, neither the content of our website and any content on our social media platforms and podcasts sections. All content are offered for entertainment purpose only.
  
  

• Waiver for Guarantees expressed in any communications or advertisement
  If you have seen any kind of misleading promotions, advertisement or any misleading communications from our representatives or not that suggest or directly promote any kind of Guaranteed results please understand that by accepting our terms of services you are responsible to inform us of those perceived or clearly stated guarantees before ordering any services or any orders with us and you also acknowledge that in our terms in conditions it is clearly stated that DaretobeX cannot be held responsible for any guarantees offered ( either you informed us or not prior to book a service or make a purchase through DaretobeX.com 
  
  

  Online Account

  Access to the online account  ( Registered account ) either for wholesale purchase or the use of premium contents,
  free content, the purchase of services, the purchase of products, the purchase or the membership of learning content and learning online games and other, should never be considered paid for or included in the order or the purchase.
  The access to the online account is offered for free and offered separately to any purchase paid by the customer.
  The access to the online account is simply a tool offered for free for the purpose to simplify the online experience of the customer or the website visitor.
  
  At any moment DaretobeX can remove access to any online account in our website to a user or a simple visitor for multiple reasons. DaretobeX is not responsible to provide a specific reason in the event of a complete or partial removal of access.
  
  In the event that this access was used to Simplify the experience of the user, DaretobeX  has the right to provide the services, content, or products paid for, or the communications by email or by phone or by video-conference or audio-conference to the customer. The choice of the method of communication and or delivery of those content is exclusively made by DaretobeX.
  
  The access to the online account is voluntarily made secure at modern days standards and friendly to users while DaretobeX cannot guarantee the security of the platform to be 100% at any moment. Online communication methods should never be considered a totally safe methods of communication. The customer or user has the responsibility to consider that when exchanging informations through the website of any nature.
