1944. Birth at Camp Perrin of Bishop Pierre-Antoine Paulo, bishop of Port-de-Paix.
Former provincial superior of the Oblates of Haiti, former president of the Conference
of the Religious of Haiti, he was in Colombia as a missionary among the
African-Americans in Cartagena de Indias at the time of his appointment. He became
titular bishop of the diocese after the Holy See accepted the resignation of
Mgr. Frantz Colimon, smm on March 1, 2008.
