1879. Dispersion of the provisional government:
Returning from exile, Louis Félicité Salomon, assisted by the military authorities of Portau-Prince, ordered the dispersion of the provisional government formed after the departure
of Boisrond Canal. Following this action, he will be chosen by the National Assembly
to lead the destinies of Haiti.
