2010. Discovery of the first cholera cases in Haiti:
The first cases were recorded in the department of Artibonite.
The epidemic whose origin was attributed to the Nepalese soldiers of MINUSTAH
exploded with such violence, causing, after only one month, 1,415 deaths and
