1966. Episcopal consecration of the Haitian Bishops.
The ceremony took place at the Cathedral of Port-au-Prince. It was presided over by the
Secretary of the Congregations for Ecclesiastical Affairs, Cardinal Antonio
Samoré assisted by the MGRs Albert François Cousineau, C.S.C. and Rémy Augustin,
S.M.M.
