This is a full time position and the schedule is variable. You must also be available on week-ends.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy:
Design, build, and maintain comprehensive digital marketing calendars and roadmaps aligned with overall business goals.
Channel Management:
Oversee execution across paid, owned, and earned channels, including SEO/SEM, social platforms, and email.
Performance & Analytics:
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Return on Investment (ROI) using analytics tools to measure success.
Team Leadership:
Collaborate with or lead creative, technical, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Budget Management:
Allocate funds across various digital campaigns to maximize reach and conversion rates.
Required SkillsIn-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM, Marketing automation tools, and Content Management Systems (CMS).
Srong data analysis capabilities using platforms like Google Analytics.Familiarity with A/B testing and digital experimentation strategies. Excellent project management and communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field.
6 years of progressive experience in digital marketing or digital product management.
