Can I cancel or get refunded a paid spiritual service like a reading, a private meditation or else?

Usually cancelling a paid spiritual service is possible in the sense that you are able
to postpone or simply decide you do not want the service anymore. 
We do not offer any refund for cancelled orders. 
Please note there is a cancellation fees if you decide to change the date.
We usually advise you to inform us within two days prior to the appointment in order
to reduce the fees when you decide to postpone the appointment.
